(the only stairs are in the back entrance) There is a basket in the back entrance closet with a baby monitor and outlet covers. High chair and pack n play are available upon request.

We purchase and renovated The Last Resort in 2022. Three cottages on Little Bay de Noc (Lake Michigan) in Gladstone, Michigan.

The Little House on Bayshore Drive was purchased and renovated in 2023.

We love sharing our properties with families so they can enjoy their vacations and making memories.

House Rules
Must sign Hot Tub Agreement prior to your stay. It will be sent by email from DocuSign. Door code will not be sent unless Hot Tub Agreement is signed.
Payment Policy
50% due when making reservation
50% due 14 days prior to arrival date
Damage Deposit Policy
As a security deposit alternative, Houfy Protect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund when cancelled over 30 days prior to arrival date. 50% refund when cancelled 14-30 days prior. No refund if cancelled less than 14 days prior.
Notes
If using a card to pay, refund will be discounted 4% to cover processing fees.
