Parking is available. If you have a boat or snowmobile trailer, you can park it as long as driveway is not blocked.  We can accommodate 2 cars per cottage and one boat at the dock (under 20 feet).

Damages to our property will be deducted from security deposit. If extra cleaning is required to rid of smoke smell (tobacco or Marijuana) $100 fee will be deducted. Smoking is only allowed outside. Security Deposit will be returned within 3 days if there are no damages.

Prior to check in, you will receive a door code. The code is unique to you and is only valid for times of your stay.  If you have any issues with code, call us. Code will be sent via email.  

Amount of interaction is up to the guests. We live nearby, so if you need assistance, please call or text. 

The Last Resort is located on Lake Michigan. Little Bay deNoc is well known for great fishing!

Deck with table and chairs on the lake side.  Firepit with chairs out the front door. 

Call or text what you need for your stay. We will try to accommodate you. Please note: baby and children items are not stored in the cottage. Let us know ahead of time & we will have it waiting for your arrival. 

Dogs are welcome but do not leave unattended.  Please clean up after your dog. We provide a couch cover so your dog can go on the couch. If your dog sleeps in bed, bring your own bedding (queen size) and let us know (before your stay) so we don't put sheets & blankets on one bed. 

We cannot allow cats or rabbits. Owner is allergic and cleans the cottages. 

Smoking is not allowed inside cottage, but smoking outside is fine. Please dispose of butts in designated cans.

Sorry, not wheelchair accessible. There are steps to get into cottage.  Kitchen and bathroom are small, so a wheelchair can't access those areas.

High speed internet / wifi. Smart TV in living room, TV with Roku in one bedroom. Live TV is available through Roku channel, you can access your own apps so make sure you have passwords/ log in information. For your security, you will receive a door code prior to check in. It will be valid for your entire stay, invalid after checkout time.

We purchase and renovated The Last Resort in 2022. Three cottages on Little Bay de Noc (Lake Michigan) in Gladstone, Michigan. 
 
The Little House on Bayshore Drive was purchased and renovated in 2023. 
 
We love sharing our properties with families so they can enjoy their vacations and making memories.
